I forbindelse med karatens 50-\u00e5rs jubil\u00e6um blev der ogs\u00e5 skrevet en anden slags historie. For f\u00f8rste gang nogensinde er der ved samme graduering blevet tildelt to 8. dan og to 6. dan grader \u2013 noget, der aldrig f\u00f8r er sket i Danmark.<\/p>\n

Jan Meyer og Britt Knude blev begge gradueret til 8. dan af den internationale chefinstrukt\u00f8r, Nakamura Sensei. Det samme gjorde sig g\u00e6ldende for Kayle Larsen og Conny Larsen, som begge opn\u00e5ede 6. dan.<\/p>\n

For de fleste, der begynder til karate, er sort b\u00e6lte det ultimative m\u00e5l. Men at opn\u00e5 8. dan er for de fleste en n\u00e6rmest uopn\u00e5elig pr\u00e6station \u2013 ikke mindst p\u00e5 grund af de strenge regler.<\/p>\n

Man kan f\u00f8rst opn\u00e5 1. dan (sort b\u00e6lte, senior) som 18-\u00e5rig. Herefter g\u00e5r der minimum to \u00e5r til 2. dan, tre \u00e5r til 3. dan, fire \u00e5r til 4. dan \u2013 og s\u00e5dan forts\u00e6tter det. Det betyder, at det kr\u00e6ver minimum 36 \u00e5rs dedikeret tr\u00e6ning efter opn\u00e5elsen af 1. dan for overhovedet at kunne blive gradueret til 8. dan.<\/p>\n

Udover den historiske begivenhed er Nyk\u00f8bing F. KarateCenter nu ogs\u00e5 den eneste klub i Danmark med hele tre ud\u00f8vere, der b\u00e6rer det prestigefyldte 8. dan sort b\u00e6lte.<\/p>\n

Har man lyst til at pr\u00f8ve kr\u00e6fter med karate, tilbyder klubben gratis tr\u00e6ning i hele september. Man kan allerede nu tilmelde sig et af de nye hold via klubbens hjemmeside: \u00a0www.karateklub.dk\/karate\/nye-hold<\/p>\n
